Just a few things to share with families to prepare for next week.
Teacher and Classroom Information
On Friday August 29 at 1:00pm, you will receive an email from your teacher, introducing themselves and sharing some information.
Students who have an IPP, will receive a call from their teacher on Wednesday or Thursday to set up a meeting if needed before school starts.
On Tuesday September 2. grade 1-4 teachers will be set up outside by 7:50am to meet students and families.
If your child is taking the bus to school on the first day, there will be a teacher to meet them and walk them to their class.
Just a reminder, our hours this school year are Monday - Thursday 8:00am-2:30pm and Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm. There is an early entry time at 7:50am. Teachers are at their grade doors between 7:50am - 8:00am to let students into the school.
Kindergarten Hours are 8:00am-10:50am for morning classes and 11:40am-2:30pm for afternoon classes. On Fridays, classes alternate and hours are 8:00am-12:00pm.
Kindergarten Staggered Entry
Kindergarten students will have staggered entry on Tuesday September 2 and Wednesday September 3.
September 2 (Students with the last name beginning with A-L)
AM 9:00am -10:30am
PM 12:30pm - 2:00pm
September 3 (Students with the last name beginning with M-Z)
AM 9:00am - 10:30am
PM 12:30pm - 2:00pm
Teachers will meet families outside by the kindergarten doors.
Transportation and Fees
If you are still requiring a bus to the school, please log in to your CBE Account and register for Transportation. It may take a few weeks to approve. Once approved, all route schedules will be posted on your CBE Account.
If your student stays at the school for lunch, it is required for you to pay the lunch supervision fee. Registration is in your CBE Account.
All fees will be added to CBE accounts in October. This includes, Transportation, Lunch Supervision and School Supplies. Field Trip fees will be added as soon as trips are booked.
